It’s time to Move for Mind in the Vale!

If you’d like to start a new healthy habit or get back to doing something you used to enjoy, Move for Mind in the Vale may be just the thing you’re looking for. 

We challenge you to set yourself a 30-day exercise goal, fundraising is optional. You do what ever you like –  dance, swim, walk, skip, cycle, run, yoga, press ups – as long as you’re moving and having fun, it counts! Once your challenge is complete – we’ll send you a certificate to congratulate you on your achievement. 

To sign up it’s simple. Just complete the online registration form and we’ll set you up with your very own fundraising page. We’ll email you confirmation and a welcome message and the rest is up to you. Don’t forget to use the #MoveforMITV on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to keep us updated with your progress – we can’t wait to see what you get up to. 

Your Fundraising Campaign

Please enter as much information as possible. Once submitted it will be reviewed by a member of our fundraising team and we will email you a link to your fundraising page within 72 hours.
This will be the name of your page - if you are taking part as a group this can be a team name or your own personal page if you prefer. If you choose to register as a team - there will be only one point of contact.
This will be used to notify you when your donation form goes live - we will send you a link to your fundraising page. With your permission, we'll send you a certificate at the end of your challenge.
