It’s time to Move for Mind in the Vale!
If you’d like to start a new healthy habit or get back to doing something you used to enjoy, Move for Mind in the Vale may be just the thing you’re looking for.
We challenge you to set yourself a 30-day exercise goal, fundraising is optional. You do what ever you like – dance, swim, walk, skip, cycle, run, yoga, press ups – as long as you’re moving and having fun, it counts! Once your challenge is complete – we’ll send you a certificate to congratulate you on your achievement.
To sign up it’s simple. Just complete the online registration form and we’ll set you up with your very own fundraising page. We’ll email you confirmation and a welcome message and the rest is up to you.
