Psycho-educational courses developed by Cardiff & Vale UHB Primary Mental Health Support Services and delivered in the community by Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan. These are also available online.
Struggling to get rid of an emotional problem can seem to make it worse. The answer may be to accept them using an approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

This course is OPEN ACCESS. You do not need a referral or need to register beforehand – just turn up on the day. You are welcome to bring along a friend or family member for support.
