The Recovery Star is a holistic tool which looks at all parts of a person’s life by breaking it down into ten areas.  With reference to a unique scale of one to ten for each area, the individual scores each one, and sets goals in those they would like to improve upon.  This can be reviewed in later months, and allows individuals to chart their progress and take control of their recovery.

If you feel you could benefit from a recovery star session please call 01446 730792 or email to book an appointment with one of our fully trained team.

Please visit for more information on the recovery star.
