Mind in the Vale are a licensed Recovery Star provider and have been using the Recovery Star for 10 years.
The Recovery Star is integral in ensuring a person centered recovery focused approach which highlights practical and external factors that can impede a person’s recovery.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board deliver a Recovery & Wellbeing College, providing free courses, to patients/clients, carers and staff on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics. Underpinned by the principles of recovery and co-production, our college will be flexible and have an educational focus, with the promotion of wellbeing at its core.
