Asda donation for peer support sessions
Mind in the Vale welcomed Anne-Marie Shelborn, Community Champion Leckwith Asda, in to our Head Office last week. Anne-Marie popped in after work to deliver a generous donation of goodies to be enjoyed during our peer support sessions which take place in community locations across the Vale.
Our relaxed peer support sessions give the opportunity to chat and meet other like minded people, offer a variety of fun activities and the occasional guest speaker.
These sessions are for anyone who is struggling with their mental health, feeling isolated and would like to build confidence to access mainstream courses.
