Cowbridge Rotary Club End of Presidency Donation
Cowbridge Rotary Club recently made a generous donation of £1500 to Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan.
This last year has seen the club adapt their usual fundraising and community efforts but they have continued to work within the Cowbridge Community. They have supplied scrubs for the NHS, Supported schools with the supply of laptops for learning, cleared the grounds of a local Primary school in readiness for the pupils to return, brought Santa around the streets at Christmas as well as other fundraising and community activities.
Steve Pearce, who is handing over the presidency to Malcom Hallewelle told us ”We are really pleased to be able to support a fantastic local charity such as Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan, who are carrying out such worthwhile work in the Vale of Glamorgan.”
