I can honestly say that without volunteering for Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan, my life would lack meaning and purpose. Being able to interact with weekly group sessions is a huge privilege for me, I have recently started co-delivering Professor Neil Frude’s ‘Activate your life’ course.
It was great to revisit the skills I used in my previous employment by participating in the Recruitment and Selection.
Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan has been awarded the Mind Quality Mark (MQM). The MQM is a robust quality assurance framework created by Mind, the mental health charity.
