Re-Thinking Anxiety 

Re-Thinking Anxiety is a course for anyone who is experiencing mild to moderate stress and anxiety. This 3-week course is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Each session will last around an hour.

Each week introduces new strategies and techniques for managing anxiety, including challenging thoughts, problem solving and mindfulness based activities.

The course will be delivered via Zoom; therefore you will need to have an email address and access to the internet.
