Mind in the Vale is offering a series of informative and fun online activities.
The activities range from wellbeing sessions, relaxation, quizzes, cooking tips and demonstrations, gentle exercise, budgeting, offer a variety of guest speakers and much more.
These sessions are for anyone who is struggling with their mental health, feeling isolated and would like to build confidence to access mainstream courses.
