As I enter my 40th year, I want to establish some good fitness and wellbeing habits to lift my mood and make me feel good. I have committed to exercising every day for the month of February.
This will be a mixture of running, walking, indoor spin sessions, dancing in the kitchen and some cold water dips for fun! I am allowed one day per week of no specific activity but must still hit 10,000 step count.
